What is Applaud Fitness?
Applaud Fitness is a must have
fitness program, specifically constructed to generate
positivity, motivation, and enthusiasm in today’s youth towards
physical fitness. Designed by Fitness Propelled®, Applaud Fitness provides our nation’s youth with
the tools to successfully combat childhood obesity, which has
become a nationwide epidemic.
Fitness Propelled® has created two routines of Applaud Fitness, each consisting of 15 exercises. One routine is geared
for schools and the other for fitness centers. The goal for Applaud Fitness is to be implemented Nationwide. Both routines are
researched-based and aligned to the National Association for
Sports and Physical Education’s National Standards
Applaud Fitness
is a guided fitness routine geared for youth, grades elementary
to secondary, which will generate the most uplifting, exciting,
and transcending fitness experience, with a simple integration
of cardiovascular movements and clapping of one’s hands.
