Pilates- Matwork or Reformer

Pilates was created by Dr. Joseph Pilates over 40 years ago. The training involves teaching the body control and stability of the spine, core and hips, primarily. Pilates uses strength and stretching in combination to help the body come back to alignment. Pilates can be done at home with a client’s own Pilates reformer, or on a mat.
