Fitness Programs

Weight Training/Boxing Conditioning
$25.00 / 45 minute sessions

Core Training/Plyometrics
$25.00 / 45 minute sessions

  • Whole body weight training emphasizing muscular endurance

  • Boxing conditioning drills

  • Aerobic conditioning exercises, emphasizing foot work, reaction times and agility

  • Specifically targeted core exercises to strengthen the abdomen, gluteus & hips

  • Functional training approach to develop postural awareness and body movements

  • Inclusion of plyometrics applied towards balance, speed and conditioning improvements

Sports Conditioning
$30.00 / 45 minute sessions

Weight Training/Aerobic Conditioning
$25.00 / 45 minute sessions

  • Tone up and loose weight all while engaging in unique sports conditioning drills

  • Functional movement patterns and resistance training phases

  • Develop stability, mobility, enhanced movement and increased performance

  • Specifically targeted weight training, to increase muscular endurance and force output

  • Exercises focused on the core musculature 

  • Aerobic conditioning exercises, emphasizing foot work, reaction times and agility

Hiking Package
$30.00/ Per Outing

Propelled Workout
$35.00/ 45 minute sessions

  • Hike one of Arizona's Premier trails of Squaw Peak, South Mountain, Camelback or Black Mountain

  • Focus on improved stamina, cardiovascular training and pace management

  • Mr. Rubin carries all equipment, enjoy a hike hands free with water provided

 

  • Challenge yourself and heighten your fitness level

  • Engage in a non traditional high intensity routine
