As you hopefully are on your way to your New Year’s Resolution, you have learned what works for you and what doesn’t. Not everyone likes the same things and that is totally okay. It’s all about finding what works for you and what activities YOU enjoy.
Yet, it is important to keep an open mind and if a friend invites you to a Yoga class- go and give it a try. Worse case scenario, you hate it and never go back, but being willing to step outside your comfort zone is truly how you are going to find what you do like.
With having an open mind, don’t worry about what others are going to think because at the end of the day it is YOUR fitness journey and if you have different interests than your friends AWESOME! We all live in this world today where we are so afraid of judgement and what others think about us and with fitness, get out there and do you!
